Begin with one tablespoon of Sea Moss gel daily for the first week. After that, you can increase to a maximum of two tablespoons per day.

Yes, Sea Moss is safe for children. Start with half a teaspoon for the first week, then increase to a full teaspoon. You can mix it into smoothies or food for easier consumption.

Upon arrival, refrigerate your Sea Moss for at least 4 hours before first use. Always keep it refrigerated. Sea Moss gel can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Our Sea Moss gels are made fresh and should be used within 3 weeks from your order date. For our fruit-infused Sea Moss gels, the use-by date is 2 weeks due to the absence of preservatives. You can also freeze Sea Moss gel for up to 6 months.
